Ground Coriander

Freshly roasted and ground coriander (cilantro) seeds, which have a warm, citrusy, and slightly nutty flavoru, with floral and peppery undertones.

When toasted, the seeds develop a richer, deeper aroma. They are used in Tunisia's famed Ras El-Hanout spice mix, as well as Egyptian Dukkah, and are commonly used in North African Sharba/Chorba soup and Harissa (chilli paste), Moroccan Tagine, Levantine Shawarma spices and much more.
