Ground Caraway

Freshly roasted and ground caraway seeds. They are used in Tunisia's famed Tabil spice mix, and can be found in North African Sharba/Chorba soup and Harissa (chilli paste), Levantine kibbeh, ka'ak (bread rings) and much more. They have a warm, earthy, and slightly sweet flavour with hints of anise, fennel, and pepper.
