Mhalabiya (milk pudding) kit

The Middle East's favourite milk pudding, and a Ramadan delight. This dessert is light and creamy, and can be topped with nuts, dried fruit or even chocolate. We love it with a sprinkle of busla spice and crushed pistachios, and even a dash of rose water.

This kit contains corn flour and sugar - just add milk and your choice of toppings. Serves 6-8.
